Steam Jacketing OILCO Liquid Handling Systems excels in the development of custom applications. Drawing on decades of experience, almost any loading or unloading configuration can be made to serve as a steam jacketed assembly. Internal product lines can handle 500 psi while the steam chambers can work up to a range of 150 psi. The swivel joint packing seals are able to withstand temperatures of 600 F. All internal elbows are long radius and standard weight, allowing the assembly to be piggable when required. The incorporated joints are adaptable to suction or pressure lines with standard packing seals.

The Model 774 Steam Jacketed Loader is custom designed to fit indiviual requirements. The arms are available in a choice of alloys and can be equiped with either a torsion spring or counterweight.

OILCO can manufacture steam jacketing in various forms, allowing the user to adapt their needs to the proper configuration. First at offering the complete jacketing system, OILCO will also design loading assemblies, swivel joints, or loading valves with any number of jacketing combinations. Either the full system can be outfitted with 100% jacket or individual components can be jacketed forming a partial jacket over the necessary items.
